Overview

Protecting your personal data is important to us. We process your information only in accordance with applicable law, particularly the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Here we explain what information is processed when you visit ipsumquia.pro.

Server log files

When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically stores technical information from your browser (for example, your IP address, browser type, date and time). This information is used to ensure stable and secure operation and is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address to send it to you. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give by ticking the box on the form. After subscribing, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription (double opt-in).

You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, using the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by writing to [email protected]. Your email address will then be removed from the mailing list.

Google Fonts

To ensure consistent display, we load fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Your browser therefore connects to Google's servers, which may receive your IP address. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in appropriate presentation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. YouTube thumbnails and links

We display video thumbnails loaded from YouTube's servers (Google Ireland Limited). Your IP address is therefore transmitted to Google. The video only plays when you click the link and leave our website; from that point, YouTube's or Google's privacy policy applies. The legal basis for the thumbnail is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Cookies

ipsumquia does not itself use cookies or tools for analytics or advertising tracking.

Your rights

Withdrawal of consent previously given.

You can exercise your rights by emailing [email protected] . If you believe that the processing of your information breaches data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Datenschutzbehörde (Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at).
